  • Abstract
    To solve the problem of fusion,both DST and PCR5 have their own pros and cons when fusing information in different conflict situation. Based on the above conclusion, an adaptive algorithm with DST and PCR5 is proposed which absorbs their strength. By judging the relative coefficient between bodies of evidence, the part of the conflict is treated by PCR5 and the rest by DST. It is a new method which judge the conflict degree by comparing relative coefficient to the setting threshold 0.4. The simulation indicates that the new adaptive algorithm can deal with any conflicting situation efficiently. It converges quickly and helps the system make the right decision logically.
