  • Abstract
    In country like India and Saudi Arabia, lots of pilgrims are moving around different holy areas. These pilgrims gather in huge amount to perform ritual activity like in KUMBH and HAJJ. Every season near about 30-40 Lakh people gather at Makkah as well as at KUMBH MELA. Therefore Security of pilgrims is most important issue. Any disaster can put pilgrim´s life in danger. In this condition emergency services like medical service should be available for them. In this situation it will difficult to find their location within crowded area. Technical approach is used for solving this issue. Paper introduces embedded system to track the pilgrim with the help of web services. Embedded device includes GPS module with different Biomedical Sensors units. This helps to track position of pilgrim with continuously monitoring of health status. Embedded web server is installed over holy places to do the given task.
