Abstract :
ISCIT 2015 (International Symposium on Communications and Information Technologies) organizing committee would like to welcome all the participants to the symposium. ISCIT 2015 is the fifteenth of series of the ISCIT symposia. ISCIT is a premier symposium, and technically sponsored by IEEE CAS (Circuit and Systems Society), IEICE ESS (Engineering Sciences Society of Institute of Electronics, Information and Communications Engineers), and ECTI (Telecommunications and Information Technology Association of Thailand).
