Abstract :
In parallel line fed wireless power transfer (WPT), power delivered to each receiver depends on load impedances and Z-parameters of all receivers in the feeding area. Centralized control for power distribution, which adjusts load impedances of all receivers according to their Z-parameters, is able to adjust the power distribution but suffers from a due to heavy control signaling. To reduce the control signaling burden, this paper proposes an autonomous power distribution in which receiver located closer to the source takes the initiative to adjust its load impedance to autonomously control its received power. Numerical analysis is carried out to confirm the capability of the proposed autonomous power distribution.
