  • Abstract
This paper aims to provide two real SMEs company cases on how living-lab methodology could be applied to support adoption of ICT by organisation. This study is part of CoVES project which aims to develop advance collaboration technologies which are affordable by SMEs to support their virtual communication and collaborations. As the outcomes of this study, the CoVES living-lab methodology has proven to be successful, despite the different degrees of adaptation on introduced ICT at two presented cases.
