Abstract :
This paper presents a switched resistor (SR) low-pass filter operated with a 1.2 V power supply. This filter is included in the analog front-end of the data transceiver used for wireless communication system. Such filter is realized in a standard 0.8 μm CMOS technology, with threshold voltage VT=+0.7 V for NMOS transistors and -0.9 V for PMOS transistors. The filter circuit is designed using switched-opamp technique. This technique allows the operation of opamp is turned on and off by the clock frequency. The sampling clock frequency of the filter is 300 kHz and its 3 dB cutoff frequency is 20 kHz. Its power consumption is about 1.2 mW
