Abstract
To support managerial decision making, this paper explores and illustrates an analytical framework to assess the influence of success factors in Collaborative Product Development (CPD). More precisely, this paper provides an evaluation model based on the analytical network process (ANP) approach to assist in determining which factors of collaboration are most important. The dynamic characteristics and complexity of the CPD analysis environment make the ANP technique a suitable tool for this work. The supplied case study provides additional insights for research and practical applications.
