Abstract :
In this communication the effect of nonlinearity of continuous-time integrators on the achievable signal to (noise + distortions) ratio SNDR of delta-sigma modulators is analyzed. It is shown that some topologies are less sensitive to the nonlinearities of the embodied integrators
