Abstract :
An excellent information service evaluation method is very important to users to select appropriate information service. It becomes more remarkable especially in nowadays with information technologies advancing rapidly. But traditional quality of service (QoS) indexes of information service can´t represent users´ perception sufficiently. This paper attempts to use two-tuple linguistic method to solve the above questions. We have constructed evaluation indexes system from the aspect of quality of experience (QoE) in using information service. It promotes a kind of method to evaluate the QoE of information service based on two-tuple linguistic. The method begins with collection of users´ perception about information service. Then it will combine the experiences of many users to obtain synthetic evaluation values.
