Abstract
The Dupont Moisture Analyzer, model #903, has been successfully used in our laboratories to measure moisture content in the ppm range in oil impregnated paper tape samples. The Dupont 903 utilizes a coulometric technique to quantitatively determine moisture levels. Present work indicates that the best results are obtained by heating at 70°C, higher temperatures cause decomposition of the paper. Reproducible results are only obtained with careful sample preparation and handling.
