Abstract :
We propose a new orthogonal transmit waveform with space-time diversity (OTW-STD) for wireless CDMA downlink systems. We evaluate the performance of the proposed OTW-STD scheme for both flat and frequency selective Rayleigh fading channels. We compare the performance of OTW-STD with a baseline system. For comparison purposes, the transmitted power, data rate and system bandwidth for the OTW-STD system are kept the same as for the baseline system.
