Abstract :
To explore low utilization of conventional electronic device recycling equipment, a testing and evaluation method for recycling equipment combining fault tree analysis and functional test is proposed. With typical electronic device recycling equipment as the object of study, testing and evaluation system is established for recycling equipment of a type of electronic device. General design scheme is expounded in detail, hardware circuit of the system is designed, and the main program for test and control of slave computer as well as key control and LCD display program of the system are set forth. The test results indicate that the system is able to accurately locate the faulty module of PCB to be evaluated, together with pinpoint and logic conclusion on the necessity of repair. Design methodology and thought of the system is valuable for reference in future research and development of similar testing and evaluation system.
