Abstract :
Pointed to the problems that it was lack of scientific and standardizated method for acquiring design requirements of marine shaft system, and mapping them to each design stage of marine shaft system, decomposition model based on quality function deployment for marine shaft system design was studied. Furthermore considering the influence of the linear relationship processing method for weight calculation of requirement indexes for marine shaft system to the scientificalness and rationality in the traditional house of quality building process, weight calculation method for requirement index of marine shaft system on KANO model was studied, which could provide effective solution for getting reasonable weight for requirement indexes of marine shaft system. Finally, the weight calculation for requirement indexes of a shaft system was taken as an example to illustrate the feasibility of the proposed method.
