Abstract :
Through in-depth analysis of the fitting interpolation principle combining with characteristics of piston surface structure, the mathematical model of the type line fitting interpolation is established, which is applicable to vertical line and line of the different cross section shape. In order to improve the machining efficiency and precision, using modular design method and basing on the RAD Studio 2010, the dynamic simulation system of high speed machining of the middle-convex and varying ellipse piston is developed. The system can realize different structure piston dynamic simulation of the high speed machining process and generate the corresponding P code processing instructions by fitting interpolation model embedded in the system. Finally, the reliability of the system is verified by some examples. The experimental results show that the system is stable and reliable, with friendly interface and stronger versatility. It can effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of various middle-convex and varying ellipse piston numerical control high speed machining.
