Abstract :
Currently, it´s lack of systematic research on control strategy of operation and maintenance of on-load capacity regulating transformers, which causes insufficient depth of development of corresponding control devices with incomplete function and low intelligent degree, thus they are not convenient for users´ electrical equipment and safety management. Under on this background, in order to make a deep discussion on control strategy of on-load capacity regulating transformer, in this paper, the working principle of capacity regulating transformer is expounded and the connection modes of capacity regulating transformer are given. Then from three aspects of intelligence, progressiveness and practicability, the control strategy of on-load capacity regulating transformers is discussed deeply, which concludes capacity conversion control, expert system function and prevention of disoperation, among them, many viewpoints are from the author´s working practice in energy-saving equipment and smart device´s application and management, thus has certain reference and significance. The load value calculation was given in this paper and the operation loss curve of S13-M.ZT-200(63) under large and small capacity situation was shown as well. Through this study, the control system aiming at control strategy of on-load capacity regulating transformers was developed, which can effectively improve the operating reliability and security and equipment management of on-load capacity regulating transformers.
