Abstract
Aiming at the question of existing influence evaluation methods of marine environment on underwater navigation, not fully considering marine factors´ randomness, a cloud reasoning evaluation algorithm is presented, which can reflect fuzzy and random influence of marine factors. Normal cloud models of marine environment factors and reasoning rule base are established and influence cloud-drops are found by repetitious cloud reasoning processes, and then the synthetic evaluation result of marine environment factors is obtained through the reverse cloud generator. An example shows its effectiveness and creditability.
