Abstract :
First, oval gear kinematics analysis, the general rule of oval gear meshing transmission. The use of non-circular section curve design gear tooth profile approach in Pro/E is drawn oval gear teeth, and draw out the mirror and drawing commands through a three-dimensional model of the first-order and third-order elliptical gears. And using ADAMS software oval gear transmission kinematics simulation analysis, and ultimately get the angular velocity versus time simulation, the results show that the simulation curve is consistent with the theoretical curve analysis can be non-circular gear too basic law of motion, non-circular gear Kinematic analysis provides a theoretical and experimental basis.
