Research on Internet Virtual Property

Virtual world is developed with each passing days at this moment, while there is not a clearly definition and stipulation of the law upon the virtual property emerging at the same time. The virtual property is exposed to the threats in the aspects of economy, society and law, it is being isolated from the future. This Paper is aimed at discussing the issues concerning the ownership, management and inheritance, proposing the amendment to the "Real Right Law", "Inheritance Law" and other relevant laws and addressing, as soon as possible, the issues concerning the inheritance and hinders of virtual property in the aspects of scope definition, saving, management and division, etc.
