Abstract :
A man-machine-cooperrating digitalizing manufacturing mode for shop floor is presented in this project, and it shows CNC which is based on the wireless technology is very important in this system. The innovative CNC system is composed of two parts, one is the Palm CNC, and the other is the embedded controller installed on the CNC machine tool, each other communicate via wireless protocol and interface. The structure and function of hardware of this system are introduced, and the software is analysed, including main programme, sub programme and PLC programme.
