Abstract :
The decision of urban construction project investment is a complex decision system, but also a multi-stage, dynamic decision-making process. According to the city construction project group investment structure optimization, we should use the idea of dynamic programming to build establish mathematical model of the investment decision and use dynamic programming methods for solving mathematical model. To arrive at the total amount of urban construction in the existing financial constraints, it is able to get the maximum benefit and the best investment decision alternatives. The example shows that the algorithm is feasible and effective.
