Abstract :
A wet friction clutch friction discs is taken as the research object in this paper, the heat flux density and the convective heat transfer coefficient are calculated, and thermal distribution of the friction discs and the separator discs are considered. An analysis about the transient heat generation and thermal-structural coupling analysis of friction discs during sliding processes are simulated using APDL (ANSYS parametric design language), the temperature field and stress field of friction discs are obtained, and regularities of distribution is studied spatially and historically. The results provide the basis for the design, optimization and application of friction discs.
