  • Abstract
    This article consists of a collection of slides from the author´s conference presentation on fully integrated switched-capacitor for DC-DC conversion. Some of the specific topics discussed include: the special features of multicore processing chips; supply impedance and split planes; on-die voltage conversion; the deployment of switched capacitors; system design and network architecture; and system performance testing and evaluations.
