Abstract :
This article consists of a collection of slides from the author´s conference presentation on the deployment of communication-avoiding algorithms. Some of the specific topics discussed include: new architectures to support CPU processing; reasons to avoid communication algorithms; and the design and processing capabilties of new algorithms to improve network performance and accuracy.
