This article consists of a collection of slides from the author´s conference presentation on ultra small hard disk drives (HDD) for mobile applications. Some of the specific topics discussed include: the target consumer market for HDD with flash memories; the special features and specifications of HDD devices; mechanical features of ultra-small HDDs; and the market demand for HDD products.
