Abstract :
This article consists of a collection of slides from the author´s conference presentation on the concept of smart memory. Some of the specific topics discussed include: presents high performance packet processing challenges; smart memory architecture; applications and platforms supported by smart memory; workload challenges; memory capacity and bandwidth support; and high speed processing capabilities.
