Evaluating enterprise architecture complexity using fuzzy AHP approach

Enterprise architecture (EA) is a business and IT management tool that has grown in popularity during the last decade. The scope of the enterprise architecture includes the people, processes, information and technology of the enterprise, and their relationships to one another and to the external environment. The aim of this paper is to provide a method quantifying the heterogeneity of enterprise architecture components and facilitating deciding between different TO-BE architecture scenarios.
