Anaylysis and design of integrative antenna cold plat based on tile modules

An integrative cold plat, which is employed in the thin profile section antenna array, is presented based on the tile T/R modules. In order to meet the integration, lightweight and thin profile of the antenna structure of the whole layout requirements, cooling performance analysis and framework structure design is carried out. The cold plate sample result shows that compression resistance good agreement with the design.
