Abstract :
As an important quality characteristic, the maintainability acts a direct relationship on the radars. Along with the develop trend of miniaturization in dimension and complication in performance, the roomage becomes smaller and smaller, which brings difficulties to the maintaining of radars. And it even happened that the product designed couldn´t be maintained. So, we built a digital virtual maintaining platform and researched on virtual maintenance simulation tests. And then the parallel cooperation of design, manufacture and maintaining was realized, the digital virtual manufacture and maintaining was carried out. So, the conventional design and manufacture were upgraded prominently, the developing time was saved, the design defects were discovered, and then the abilities of radar development were elevated roundly.
