Abstract :
With the improvement of the wiring density and the signal frequency, electrical interconnection based on the copper wire connection could not meet the need of Electrical interconnection. Board-level photoelectric interconnection is a new way of interconnection to solve the problems existing in the pure electrical interconnection. This paper introduced the definition of board-level optoelectronic interconnection technology, summarized the characteristics and basic principle and classification of board-level optoelectronic interconnection technology analyzed the board level photoelectric interconnection technology research status at home and abroad, points out that the board level photoelectric interconnection problems existing in the development, and prospected the future of board-level photoelectric technology development trend.
