Abstract
Decision support systems is a well-established research topic. In the pursuit of successful decision support systems implementation, research has been actively carried to identify Evaluation methods. This paper reviews Decision support systems with a focus on evaluation. The literature review presents a comparative study of different frameworks and approaches to perform the evaluation process: Multifaceted, Sequential and General. By the mean of examples, we summarize a set of newer methods proposed to overcome the limitations of these approaches and we identify areas that need to be addressed in the future.
