Abstract :
The innovation principles should make the customer to addict to the product and competitors to find difficult to reach such acclaim. The mission statement, create in India not just make in India is an additional efforts in design aspects of this project. Tooth paste to Technical Textiles, Fertilizers to Medicines, Automobiles to Computer Peripherals, Garments to Gears, Furniture to Fragrance are all designed from collaborative companies and royalties are offered in many cases for such design. Often in India, it ends up with "Just develop, verify and mass produce" which eventually resulted in competition and indulge in "price war". An attempt is made to improve design features in Automobile brakes indigenously and to get IPR rights. This project was taken in one of the world class foundry division and Deming awarded company in India.
