Abstract :
With the rapid development of information technology, estimation and prediction by big data have been used widely. However, problems exist in the procedure. Due to the flaws of row data, there is still a gap to the truth. Inaccuracy of risk assessment is caused by objective reasons and subjective ones. The advanced assessments of events lead to discrimination. Moreover, regular competition has been replaced by malicious monopoly. In the situation, the harm to data owner is inevitable. In the article, we tend to list risks in big data processing. Not only the risks do harm to fair market, but also there will be detriments on the national economy as a whole in a long run. Our goal is to design a sound regulatory strategy by analyzing the risks and come up with several regulatory advice.
