Research on the simulation model of medical service pricing

The paper set up the Causal Relationship model of medical service pricing to analyze dynamic equilibrium between various factors based on analyzing the pricing process. Furthermore, this paper established the mathematic model of medical service pricing based on government and hospitals co-decision. Finally, the paper built the simulation model of medical service pricing based on the theory of System Dynamics on the platform of Vensim software. The study will be helpful for providing the reference for the reform on new health care system in China.
