Abstract
The research on regulatory networks is one of the most important themes of bioinformatics. Different kinds of modeling make it possible to analyze the dynamics of system. Nevertheless initial model is probably incomplete, which may have great influence on the dynamics. Therefore, it is important to develop completion approaches for different models. In this paper, two models are presented: Thomas´ model and Process Hitting. Based on regulatory information in Thomas´ model, Process Hitting is constructed and described a more precise dynamics which are required by the biological domain. With the help of hypotheses in the form of regulatory relations, completion of Process Hitting can be done in comparison with the experiments.
