Abstract :
The implement of peak and valley time sharing electricity price is the important measure to regulate power load fluctuation and promote load rate. We build a domestic communication network of WIA in customer´s home, in order to make air conditioners and the other appliances connect with each other. In order to get reasonable solution of power utilization, we establish a nonlinear mathematical model, which takes the different consumptions of various appliances into parameters. Since there are the optimizations of min (max) and multi-objects in the model, for solving it, first transform the objects into the restriction condition, which will construct the new multi-objects nonlinear model, then the most satisfactory method in the fuzzy matches is adopted to solve the multi-objects model. With the optimal solution, we get the reasonable plan for customers. The result shows that establishing appropriate time-of-use (TOU) power price can shift peak load and optimize resources in society.
