Abstract :
There is a lack of standard methods and seconds level processing tools for pumped storage power station running data analysis. Massive running data are not used for data analysis. Matlab and C# language were combined to build up a platform. The platform can ensure fully utilization of historical/real time running equipment data, which are got from production management system. The probability distribution of probability density is proposed, which should form a normal distribution during the stable operation of the hydraulic system. And study on the serious off-center data with the probability distribution of probability density, it can quickly locate the abnormal operating conditions. Then the research contents and technical route for the construction of pumped storage power station running data analysis platform are proposed. Finally actual case study shows that the platform will play an important role in improving the safety of running equipment. And the platform will be able to analyze past data, control present state, predict future trend.
