Abstract :
In order to solve the problem of the storage of DNA or Protein sequence, the efficiency of research in biological data should be improved. Based on model driven architecture (MDA), the paper gives the genomic model and GenBank file data model. The paper utilizes Hbase to store biological data along with Hbase scheme. The paper also gives overlapping and non-overlapping models of DNA sequence with Hbase. The method is conducive to improve the efficiency of storage and research.
