Abstract :
Traditional wireless sensor networks (WSNs) are energy-limited. The power supply restricts the lifetime of sensor nodes. Energy-harvesting technology has been studied to solve the problem. The unlimited power supply makes it possible to develop novel protocol which has better performance of other indicators, such as throughput, data failure rate. In this paper, we focus on the improvement of large scale WSNs. We propose Energy Ability algorithm to evaluate the node which has energy supply and optimize Greedy perimeter stateless routing for wireless networks (GPSR) by introduce it. Numerical results have validated the proposed algorithm and show a better performance of throughput and packet loss rate compared with the traditional schemes.
