Method for functional testing critical control systems

Methods for online functional testing in operational mode and fault diagnosis of the type "disoperation or failure to operate" when they occur in the digital components of critical control systems, based on logic elements using arithmetic operations, providing monitoring and repair of faulty components in real time, are proposed. The hardware-software implementation of arithmetic models of logic elements is focused to improve the quality and reliability of protective devices of nuclear power stations.
