Abstract :
The industrial gas heating furnace is a multivariable, nonlinear, strong coupling, parameter perturbation and time delay system. And its mathematical model is difficult to establish. On the account of these problems, a novel decoupling control method based on Small-gain theorem and Frequency domain function approximation is proposed. When the system of gas heating furnace was decoupled into three non-interfered single loop, the PID controllers based on time delay Internal Model Control is used in the system. And the effect of gas heating furnace control was verified by a analysis of simulation. When the heating furnace has a large parameter perturbation, the system has good decoupling ability and dynamic and static control performance. The method greatly improve the sensitivity of system response and control precision, and has strong robustness.
