Abstract :
The working status information of key equipments serving at operation and control system is of great value for safe and productive operation in urban rail transit. Properly utilizing and tracking the working status from operation record data, is for sure meaningful in evaluating the working status of those key equipments, and can thus acquire the stage status in their life cycles. In this paper, based on a exhaustive study of the annual operation record data including number of failure, mean time between failures (MTBF) and mean time to repair (MTTR) of track circuits which is serving as a kind of key equipment in Shanghai Metro Line 2, a quarterly comprehensive evaluation method has been proposed. By employing the proposed method, the working status of track circuit in Shanghai Metro Line 2 has been studied in detail, moreover, the stage in its life cycle from data has also been discussed.
