Abstract :
With the operation of BD satellite navigation system, the remote time distribute based on BD satellite become possible. A remote time frequency distribute system based on the BD satellite common-view time comparison in National Time Service Center (NTSC) is constructed and implemented. The underlying system comprised with primary terminal, delivery terminal and data processing center, is able to recover the time and frequency signal of UTC(NTSC) remotely. The primary terminal is used to measure the bias between UTC(NTSC) and BD satellite clock, the delivery terminal is used to measure the bias between local time and BD satellite clock, and steer the time and frequency signal which is synchronize with UTC(NTSC), the data processing center deals with the data from primary terminal and delivery terminal. The system takes 10 minutes as a whole observation period to reach continuous comparison of time and frequency, instead of the traditional discontinuous observation. The results of experiment describe the uncertainty of the system is 3.74ns, and the frequency signal of the day stability has achieved 1.97e-14.
