Abstract :
PIM (passive intermodulation) satellite antenna products were introduced. Then the main low PIM process was summarized, such as the main equipment and the special requirements of the plating process for the material requirements. To establish a PIM analyzer technique were discussed, such as reducing the number of joints and preventing the active intermodulation of isolator. According to characteristics of the low PIM process and the satellite communication antenna, the measurement method and the PIM analyzer were designed. After calibration, the analyzer reached the design target.
