Abstract :
The marine magnetic target localization is a technology for calculating the targets´ parameters about location, magnetic moment, distance from detecting instruments in the sea, by using the magnetic signals which are received from submarine magnetometers. The traditional submarine magnetometers array is substituted by five-point symmetrical array in this article. Through the calculation, it can be found that the computational error by using the new array is reduced, and the positioning accuracy is doubled under the same conditions. In addition, a discriminate compensation method is adopted to reduce the singular value of magnetic target localization error in the vicinity of Y. All this research provides a reliable test method for marine magnetic target of accurate positioning.
