Abstract :
The micro fluidized bed pyrolysis reaction analyzer is an important platform. It is used for experimental analysis, kinetic analysis and the study of chemical reaction mechanism. In traditional mode, the sample is injected by hands, meanwhile the useful sample is single. It increased operative difficulty, which is not able to achieve the required accuracy for the dynamics experiment. In order to overcome this problem, this work redesigned the control system of analyzer´s sample institution and fluidized bed. The experiment is used to access the performance of the proposed system, and the results shows that it improved the accuracy and automation degree of the instrument effectively compared with the traditional mode.
