Abstract :
Calibration on linear response workspace of CCD imaging system is the base quantitatively analyzing optical signal character with CCD imaging. In this paper, based on grads diffuse reflectivity test card, researches rapid calibration technology on linear response workspace of CCD imaging system. Actual application indicates that this calibration technology can fulfil test need of CCD linear response workspace range under condition of faculative parameters combination and specifical spectrum range, can afford fiducial parameter for quantitatively analyzing optical signal character with CCD imaging.
