Abstract :
In this paper presents a new algorithm for lossy image compression using a transformed associated graph Johnson is presented. Determining a dynamic threshold is implemented. The results of standard images are presented, establishing its advantages and disadvantages in relation to the JPEG standard. And it opens the door to the development of new image compression transformed from regular distance graphs.
