Abstract
Along with the recent development of orange technology, there is a growing concern for the well being of the elderly. A growing body of research suggests that older people who are engaged in social and community activities maintain mental and physical health longer than other older adults. Volunteer activities are one way of remaining socially active for the elderly. On the other hand, older volunteers can provide valuable, needed services for communities and organizations.
