Abstract
Exponential growth in size of the database in contemporary world inevitably necessitates performance maintenance, so as the database performance is sustained or enhanced. The suggested idea would oblige as a benchmark for efficient Query Tuning and Database Administration, thus enhancing database performance. The strategy of tuning determines how precisely we deal with each bottleneck. The paper reveals varied methodologies to speed up query execution in addition to database performance and can serve as a utility for Database developers, SQL Programmers, Database Administrators and Data Center Managers. Experimental conclusions of our exploration strongly advocate that performance is enriched by saving CPU, I/O and other resources.
