Abstract :
A current condition of renewable energy source is helpful part in electrical power generation. The renewable energy source is interface to point of common coupling (PCC), because of increase electrical power generation. In this case we are interface renewable energy source to grid to fulfil the demand. In this paper STATCOM is use for renewable energy source to grid interfacing purpose. A STATCOM is shunt active filter and use of STATCOM is to improve power quality at point of common coupling and interface between renewable energy sources to electrical power grid. A STATCOM is work with the help of controller and proposed system use Icosφ controller.Icosφ controller input is given to grid and output provided to STATCOM, After STATCOM is provided constant output to grid.
